Job Title: Specification and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

ZITKO Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base in the Midlands region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, house builders, and local councils to promote our products and services.
  • Provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions to ensure our customers have a working knowledge of our latest products and standards.
  • Manage the distribution channel and attend trade/networking shows to promote our products and services.
  • Support other sales team members and conduct marketing analysis and reporting to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong network of contacts in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine interest in the life safety/fire safety sector.
