About the Role

Cryptio is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. As a crypto native graduate, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support to our clients through Zendesk.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to efficiently solve customer problems and report product malfunctions. Your expertise will be invaluable in product discussions, and you will be responsible for building out new processes where they don't already exist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering timely and effective customer support through Zendesk
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Reporting product malfunctions and providing feedback to the product team
  • Building extensive knowledge of our unique product and market
  • Driving improvements in overall customer experience

Requirements
  • Crypto-native with extensive knowledge of the Web3 space
