We are looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. This role will involve building meaningful connections with residents, their families, and the care team to create a supportive and engaging environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing activities programmes that promote resident wellbeing and independence.

Main Tasks:
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop resident-centred care plans
  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to diverse resident needs and interests
  • Establish relationships with local organisations to enhance resident experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate activity engagement to inform future planning
  • Support the roll-out of the Magic Moments initiatives and encourage others to be involved
