Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging industry trends to inform client strategies and drive business results.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services, and negotiating contracts and renewals to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and driving business success.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Client Relationship or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
