Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

Arm Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for providing foundational research on the motivations, needs, and behaviors of application developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies, both remotely and in-person.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to identify research objectives and prioritize research efforts.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to effectively communicate research findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate in the design of prototypes and wireframes based on research insights to ensure a user-centered approach to product development.
  • Contribute to the development of user experience strategies and design recommendations, advocating for the best interests of our users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, proven methodologies, and emerging technologies related to UX research and design.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of research methodologies and their impact on product design.
  • Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods, both in-person and remotely.
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and the ability to triangulate insights from multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and their application in the context of user-centered product design.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent analytical skills: you can distill complex data into actionable insights and design recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering Design, Cognitive Psychology, UX Design, or a related field.
