Job Description

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the delivery of intuitive, customer-focused experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. As part of our cross-functional team, you'll work alongside technical squads, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other UX disciplines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a member of our Digital Customer Team, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team with expertise honed at leading brands. We require a designer who can hit the ground running, working on big ideas and day-to-day delivery, contributing to product direction, and producing designs that experiment, research, and refine deliveries with engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement research methods, usability testing, and user interviews to identify project requirements and design solutions.
  • Design and simplify complex user journeys and flows, utilizing customer research and feedback.
  • Lead on UX design from flows to wireframes, using collaborative design tools, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Support parallel workstreams in a fast-paced agile environment, prioritizing timely delivery.
  • Collaborate on sprint planning, leading on UX priorities and requirements with Product Managers.
  • Empathize with and represent the user during the design process, identifying and proposing continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in UX, Interaction, or related Design field.
  • Experience as a senior UX Designer, preferably in a large ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and requirements.
  • Experience with Figma, Zeplin, design systems, Sketch, or similar.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
