Job Description

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the delivery of intuitive, customer-focused experiences across desktop and mobile. As part of our cross-functional team, you'll work alongside technical squads, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other UX disciplines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and simplify complex user journeys and flows
  • Utilize and translate customer research and feedback
  • Lead on UX design from flows to wireframes, using collaborative design tools
  • Support parallel workstreams in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Design best practice experiences, using a mix of design capability and collaboration
Requirements
  • Degree in UX, Interaction, or related Design field
  • Experience as a senior UX Designer, preferably in a large ecommerce environment
  • Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and requirements
  • Experience with Figma, Zeplin, design systems, Sketch, or similar
