Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in the High Wycombe area.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex systems and lead in detailed requirements management, focusing on IT infrastructure.

About the Role:

This position requires expertise in system engineering, including requirements management, to drive innovative ideas for smooth project execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to gather, define, and document system requirements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize changes to requirements, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
  • Integrate requirements into the overall systems engineering process for effective communication across teams.
  • Analyse and validate requirements for completeness, feasibility, and quality.
  • Contribute to design reviews to assess the impact of requirements on system architecture and functionality.

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in requirements management and delivering complex systems engineering projects.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: High Wycombe area.

Job Type: Permanent.

We offer a competitive salary, as estimated at around 65,000 pounds per year.
