About the Role
Telent Technology Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Highways Training and Assurance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all products have training material produced in line with product specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 in adult educational training or previous experience in delivering this type of training. You will be responsible for reviewing training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications, as well as designing and developing training initiatives as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with representatives from Operations, QEHS, Training, and other departments to deliver a successful Training Academy. You will also be responsible for expediting trainees to full operative status and assessing training needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications
• Designing and developing training initiatives as required
• Expediting trainees to full operative status
• Assessing training needs and objectives

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including essential vehicle, uncapped overtime, 34 days holiday, and more.
