ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing individualised support to service users, focusing on their unique needs and goals
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents as necessary
