Care Assistant in Supported Living Service

Job Summary
Creative Support is seeking an experienced support worker to join our team in Carlisle. As a relief support worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a 24-hour supported living service.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with complex needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily living activities for seven adults residing in one-bedroom flats in Stanwix, Carlisle.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly as part of a small team.
What We Offer:
