As a key member of the Aspion Search team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This exciting opportunity involves managing a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships with new customers, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and be able to work under pressure to meet targets. Excellent communication skills and a driven attitude are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum, plus annual bonus, 25 days' holiday, and a company pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to participate in intense training and progress to senior roles within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively managing client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to target new customers
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of competitors
  • Negotiating payment terms with customers to improve returns on investment

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and business development.
