Assistant Administration Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Veolia. As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will be responsible for line management of up to 7 administrators and administrative functions and processes across Veolia Sheffield sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of up to 7 administrators and administrative functions and processes across Veolia Sheffield sites
- Movement around two sites (to support on site and off site/remote admin) when needed
- Delegation of work tasks, ensuring quality of work at all times
- Assisting and aiding where issues arise; problem solving
- Data download, manipulation, interrogation, analysis and reporting; working to strict SLAs
- Operating and working collaboratively with other teams and Departments
- Processing of data and feeding into monthly bill
- Supporting Senior Management Team with information requests or task completion by team
- Bringing about process improvements and efficiencies where identified
- Organising and supporting meetings, minute taking at high level meetings
Requirements
- Minimum two years in an administrative/business support team leader/supervisory role
- Good excel skills, confident user
- Good levels of literacy
- Resilient and enjoys a challenge
- Proactive work ethic with good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
