About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Renewable Energy Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining smart meters in residential properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and test smart meters to ensure they are working correctly
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and meter readings
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC certification
  • Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent) certification
  • Excellent people skills and a dynamic approach to customer service
  • Previous experience in domestic dual-fuel metering
  • The ability to use a handheld terminal
  • A flexible working approach
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
