Salary
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per year, with opportunities for overtime pay and performance bonuses. Plus, you'll receive share options in our company and access to a comprehensive training programme.
Job Description
We're seeking experienced plumbers and heating engineers to join our team as Heat Pump Engineers. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to install low-carbon technology in customers' homes, focusing on Air Source Heat Pumps. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in domestic heating systems, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Laser-sharp customer focus, with excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
- A valid UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
