Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. This is a flexible opportunity that offers the chance to work on a part-time basis, providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • To supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • To support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments and care planning.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.Proven experience in a care setting, preferably with a focus on elderly care.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a patient-centred approach.
