Job Summary:

As a Live-in Care Assistant with The Good Care Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes. This role requires flexibility, empathy, and a passion for delivering outstanding care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke, and Parkinson's
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • A minimum 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not required
  • UK travel expenses covered

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, based on your care experience, pension, and bank holiday enhancements. You will also receive funded Blue Light Card access, ongoing training and development opportunities, and face-to-face induction training in London or Oxford.
