About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that prioritizes resident needs and wellbeing.

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice, and a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will be a brilliant, positive energy leader who can manage time effectively, keep accurate records, and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that prioritizes resident needs and wellbeing
  • Manage time effectively and keep accurate records
  • Communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner
