About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Pulse Healthcare. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the pharmacy's services and products.
- Develop and implement plans to improve the pharmacy's financial performance, including managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the GPhC.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
