About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a hybrid employee, with three days spent at our central London offices and two days working remotely. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative brand strategies that reflect luxury and exclusivity, resonating with affluent clientele.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to promote listings and services.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Produce high-quality content that appeals to elite clientele using photography and video.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, focusing on lead generation and client engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, forging strong relationships that enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively, maximising the impact and ROI of campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous marketing experience, especially in the yacht or luxury lifestyle sectors, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, influencer partnerships, and luxury branding strategies.
  • Proficient in conducting market research and interpreting data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box to engage high-net-worth individuals.
  • Right to work in the UK.
