About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team in providing specialist care to individuals with complex needs. As an Advanced Learning Disability Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with complex physical disabilities, including those with learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in learning disability physiotherapy.
  • Experience in working with complex patient populations and developing individualized care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to travel to work across boundaries and adapt to changing priorities.
