About the Role
As a Community Care Worker with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Our clients are individuals who value their independence but require some support to manage their daily lives. As a member of our team, you will provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with everyday tasks to help our clients maintain their dignity and quality of life.

This rewarding job requires a compassionate and caring individual who is able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

**Benefits:**
- Competitive pay rates, including £13.20 per hour weekdays and £14.70 per hour weekends

**Responsibilities:**
- Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
- Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries

**Requirements:**
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new software
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- Ability to commit to regular working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enhanced DBS check (required)

**Salary Estimate:** £16.30 per hour (based on 30 hours per week)
