Job Overview
As a Community Care Worker with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. This rewarding job involves providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with everyday tasks to help our clients maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Our clients are individuals who value their independence but require some support to manage their daily lives. As a Community Care Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

We offer competitive pay rates, including £13.20 per hour weekdays and £14.70 per hour weekends, plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates. You will also receive a welcome bonus of £100 once all initial training is completed. Additionally, you can earn extra income through our employee referral bonus programme, which offers £200 for each successful referral.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
- Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries

**Requirements:**
- A passion for delivering person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new software
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- Ability to commit to regular working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enhanced DBS check (required)

**Salary Estimate:** £15.50 per hour (based on 25 hours per week)
