Paralegal Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Support Specialist to provide full-service support to our busy Private Client fee earners in our Eastbourne office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Private Client fee earners, including managing files, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow the firm's Private Client practice.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
