TN Recruits Law is seeking a dedicated paralegal with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join their collaborative, award-winning team.

Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior and junior lawyers on high-impact projects across various sectors. You will handle a diverse range of matters, including:

* Leading company transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations
* Supporting private equity investments and corporate governance initiatives
* Structuring joint ventures and negotiating shareholders' agreements
* Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
* Facilitating corporate restructuring and advising on administration purchases
* Navigating complex IT, licensing, and intellectual property agreements
* Crafting tailored agreements suited to our clients' specific needs
