Residential Property Lawyer Opportunity

A leading law firm in East Sussex and London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their high-performing team. With top-tier rankings in Chambers UK and Legal 500, this firm is known for delivering exceptional client service with a personal touch.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong background in handling high-value residential properties. You'll be working closely with a team of 5 fee earners, 1 paralegal, and 4 assistants, collaborating on high-value transactions and managing a caseload of approximately 15 new files per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of high-value transactions for properties ranging from £800k to £10m
  • Working closely with paralegals and legal assistants in a 1-2-1 setup
  • Attending site visits to ensure a local presence and client connection

This role plays a crucial part in the firm's continued success in the Residential Property sector. With an established client base and high expectations for service delivery, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and contribute to the growth of the department.

Working Options:

The firm offers hybrid working with 2 days from home, flexible hours, and the option for a compressed week.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role ranges from £60,000 to £70,000, with an additional 15% bonus for exceeding targets. Other benefits include a supportive work environment, excellent work-life balance, and no requirement for business development.
