We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team at Shinewater Court in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will have a genuine empathy for our residents and be able to provide personalized support to meet their needs and aspirations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing independent living skills, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, and socializing. They will also assist with daily routines and provide emotional support to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.50 per hour and a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
