Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating property market appraisals and listings
  • Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants
  • Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
  • Maintaining regular contact with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Dealing with financial and legal matters relating to the letting process
  • Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement to legal completion
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
  • Managing the office and staff in the manager's absence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in lettings or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Target-driven and motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full valid UK driving license
