Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality support to families with young children, promoting their well-being and helping them to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Family Hub team, delivering play and learning opportunities across various settings, including family homes and community venues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering targeted interventions to support vulnerable children and their families.
  • Coordinating transitions, such as starting preschool or primary school.
  • Supporting families to access digital and virtual services, as well as other routes of advice and guidance.
  • Delivering public health interventions and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating electronic systems as required.
