Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations Coordinator to join our office team in Barnsley, England. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in driving nationwide change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Manage and update client records and databases using Excel.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data and generate insightful reports to support business growth and compliance.
- Customer Communication: Handle client and customer communications via phone and email to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Administration: Organise and file essential paperwork, including onboarding processes and internal administration tasks.
- Team Support: Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including participating in online client meetings.
Requirements:
- Senior Administrative Experience: Experienced in a senior administrative role with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excel Skills: Skilled in Excel, including formulas, filters, and data analytics.
- Communication: Strong communicator with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Organisation: Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary between £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location: Based in Carlton, Barnsley, England, with easy access to public transportation.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday (9 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (9 am - 4 pm).
