If so, we would love to hear from you As a Membership and Box Office Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing efficient ticketing and customer service to our Patrons, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Patrons via telephone, email and post
- Process and record ticketing requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality records and ensure compliance with departmental standards
