Job Purpose:

To secure new high-value corporate partnerships and grow existing relationships to maximize value. This will involve leading on the identification, cultivation, and conversion of new business opportunities, as well as account managing and stewarding existing relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a strategic approach to new business development, including identifying and cultivating new opportunities and developing creative proposals to secure new sponsorship, charity of the year partnerships, and gifts in kind.

You will also be responsible for account managing and stewarding existing relationships to ensure maximum value is achieved.

A strong understanding of the Welsh business landscape and a proven track record of securing high-value partnerships are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in new business development, account management, and corporate partnerships. A competitive salary of £36k - £40k per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people across Wales are also offered.
