Job Overview:

As a Behavioural Mentor with us, you will work closely with our teaching staff to develop strategies that promote social-emotional learning and behaviour management. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will enable you to establish trust with our students and their families, while your patient and empathetic approach will help you to provide tailored support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
  2. To develop and implement strategies that promote social-emotional learning and behaviour management
  3. To build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure effective communication and support

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or youth work are highly desirable. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and experience in behaviour support or educational settings. As a Behavioural Mentor with us, you will be required to undergo a thorough DBS check and adhere to our safeguarding policies.
