We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our forward-thinking secondary school in Waltham Forest. The successful candidate will work closely with students, providing guidance and encouragement to help them navigate social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 mentoring and group support to students, focusing on emotional resilience, behaviour management, and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral leaders, and parents to address student concerns and develop effective strategies.
  • Promote positive behaviour and social interaction, helping students engage fully with their learning.
Benefits
