We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Cloud Decisions. Our client is a leading Managed IT Service provider, undertaking a major multi-year sales system replacement programme. They require a CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to work closely with their programme teams and CRM partners' teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
  • Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
  • Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure UAT/system testing meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's

As a CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a complex enterprise CRM transformation, leading to opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management, and multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, and languages.
