Reed Hospitality & Leisure is seeking a Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, preparing and cooking fresh food, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Our leisure facility is located in the beautiful North East England, offering stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook fresh food in large volumes, using seasonal ingredients and creative techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with our events team to develop and execute catering menus for special occasions.
What We Offer:
