We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with other nurses and reporting to the Deputy Manager.

About the Role:

  • Administer medication, monitor care teams, and work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of outstanding care.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
