Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Parson Drove Surgery. As a key member of our primary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, working closely with our GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Main Duties
Our ideal candidate will have experience in long term condition management, particularly in diabetes. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive reviews, conducting health checks, and administering vaccinations and immunisations.
