Job Purpose:

The Head of Sales UK & ME is responsible for meeting the assigned sales target for the assigned region. This role will support the business vision of being the market-leading digital commerce agency by providing integrated solutions consisting of strategy, customer experience, digital engagement, and technology services that meet the business goals and needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and direct leadership of specific high-value opportunities.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Managers focused on growing sales revenue, market share, and customer relations.
  3. Performance management of sales team including quota and goal-setting, assessment against key results, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  4. Drive the expansion of our services within new and existing industries, including Retail, Consumer Goods, and Pharma/HLS.
  5. Collaborate with our Practice leadership on the creation of packaged offerings/accelerators that will form part of our Go-To-Market plan.
  6. Grow our account-based marketing and sales strategy to generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
  7. Optimize business outcomes from our Partnership channels.
  8. Ongoing pipeline analysis, management, and accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree plus.
  2. 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development and Marketing for IT services/e-commerce platforms.
  3. Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.
  4. Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms and the SI ecosystem.
  5. Extensive experience in solving complex business challenges through selling multi-platform solutions.
  6. Thorough knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competition.
  7. Significant experience selling digital commerce solutions to Mid-to-Enterprise level companies at C-level.
  8. Proven experience in closing 6-7 figure deals.
  9. Strong leadership and management abilities to lead and motivate sales teams.
  10. Significant experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
  11. Proficient in creating and delivering presentations with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team.
