About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Sales Director to join our UKI team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base in the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive strategy for sourcing new opportunities and building top-of-funnel leads.
  • Partner closely with our Sales Development Representative to prioritize accounts, align on outreach strategies, and share valuable sales expertise.
  • Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline of opportunities, demonstrating the initiative and expertise expected of a seasoned sales professional.
  • Leverage internal resources and develop tailored content that resonates with prospects and addresses their specific needs and concerns.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals.
  • Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, leveraging resources to close deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience driving new business growth, ideally in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing significant contracts with complex organizations and with 'nice to have' solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for creating persuasive presentations and financial analyses.
  • Client advocate with a genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and helping their businesses succeed.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and prospecting tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
  • Adaptable innovator, thriving in a fast-paced environment and finding innovative solutions to new challenges and emerging opportunities.
  • Data-driven strategist, understanding sales metrics and leveraging data insights to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
