About this role

Aircall is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue and pipeline growth in the UK, Ireland & Nordics region. As a key member of the UKI & Nordics Leadership team, you will be responsible for refining existing ways of working and creating new strategies to bring consistency and predictability to the sales organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3 AEs to drive revenue and pipeline growth in the UKI & Nordics region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase win rates
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDR, and partnerships teams to drive new pipeline and increase win rates
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members are successful
  • Identify trends and patterns from data and translate data and metrics into actionable business insights for the team and cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the software/technology space
  • 1+ year of experience in management or team lead role, preferably in the software/technology space
  • Proven track record of success in both closing mid-market opportunities and pipeline generation through outbound prospecting
  • Experience working with a clear methodology such as SPICED or MEDDPIC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with team members and hold them accountable to their goals
