**Special Education Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Specialist to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

As a Special Education Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to provide cover in classes at a special secondary school in Swindon.

The school caters to students aged 11-19 with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, and we require someone who can lead pre-planned lessons and provide support to students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead pre-planned lessons in a range of subjects
  • Provide cover in classes across the school
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student needs are met
  • Assist with classroom management and organization

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with SEMH & secondary age students
  • Ability to lead lessons and manage classrooms
  • Confidence in providing support to students with varying needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
