About the Role

Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated and personable Part-Time Development Manager to oversee our retirement development. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our Home Owners by providing exceptional customer service, managing property maintenance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the development, including:

  • Providing first-class support and assistance to Home Owners
  • Managing contractors and overseeing property maintenance tasks
  • Conducting health and safety checks to maintain a secure environment
  • Liaising with residents, suppliers, and internal colleagues

This position is crucial to the success of our retirement community and offers immense personal satisfaction through contributing to the well-being and happiness of our Home Owners.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service, coupled with strong administrative and organizational skills. You will be:

  • Outgoing and friendly with a natural ability to build rapport with people
  • Able to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact
  • Efficient and assertive in managing safety and security protocols
  • Comfortable working independently and using your initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook

Previous experience in similar roles within sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care would be highly advantageous.
