About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate the development, managing contractors and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct health and safety checks to ensure that the development is safe and secure for our residents.
  • Work closely with our Area Manager to ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a background in administration and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including managing contractors and suppliers, conducting health and safety checks, and providing a first-class service to our residents.
