Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator/Book Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintaining employee records. This position requires proficiency in accounting software, experience in HMRC returns including PAYE, NI, CIS, and RCT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Sage payroll function including NI and ROI payroll processed on a time sheet basis.
  • Associated returns to HMRC & Revenue including PAYE, NI, CIS, and RCT.
  • Process VAT returns for NI & ROI.
  • Processing of Company Pension Scheme.
  • Manage end-to-end Sage accounts package for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements at month end.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reporting on monthly accounts, and year-end preparation.

Requirements:
  • Accounting software experience.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
