About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Graduate to join our team as a Support Worker at a Mainstream Secondary School in Workington.
The successful candidate will be working closely with students who require extra support with their emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.
Job Description:
- Working with students who require extra support with their emotional and behavioural needs.
- Developing and delivering bespoke interventions and support strategies that meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements:
