As a key member of the Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services at a local level. Your role will be to implement the company's strategy, embodying its values and inspiring your team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of your home, including managing the sales team and ensuring they meet revenue targets.
- Develop and implement budget plans, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
- Drive the growth and development of your team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure the delivery of all care services to the highest standard, utilizing your specialist knowledge and expertise.
