We are currently recruiting for a driven Activities Director to manage a team across multiple products that David Lloyd clubs has to offer. As an Activities Director, you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club. We take pride in the service we offer our members so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment, training and empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and every day in order to deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of activities professionals
Manage the efficient operation of all activities within the club
Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the entire club
Lead the recruitment, training and empowerment of your team
