Commercial Property Strategy Manager

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for pipeline commercial units, ensuring they meet market expectations through effective design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance residential value and drive income growth.
- Lead commercial leasing negotiations, collaborating with solicitors, agents, and tenants to secure optimal outcomes.
- Analyse project appraisals and provide strategic recommendations for the delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal partners and central teams to drive commercial success and placemaking objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes.
- Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential-led developer.
- Ability to secure new business opportunities in commercial property and deliver innovative concepts.
- Excellent understanding of legal documents related to commercial property and MRICS or working towards MRICS (desirable).
