Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Strategy Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Commercial Properties department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies to drive business growth and improve products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategies to maximize income and deliver on placemaking objectives through commercial properties.
Commercial LeasingLead commercial leasing negotiations, liaising with solicitors, agents, and tenants to secure new business opportunities.
Asset ManagementDevise and deliver strategies to add value through active asset management, increasing income and seeking value-adding opportunities from the portfolio.
Project AppraisalsAnalyse and provide strategic recommendations on project appraisals, ensuring the strategic delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
Commercial StrategiesHelp develop and deliver commercial strategies for mixed-use schemes that prioritize placemaking.
Internal PartnershipsAct as a strong client for key internal partners and central teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Property Strategy Manager who can lead and deliver commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property development, strategic leadership, and business growth.
Requirements
- Commercial Development Experience
Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects from initial appraisal to delivery.
Strategic LeadershipExperience of strategic and operational leadership in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential-led developer.
New Business OpportunitiesExperience of securing new business opportunities in commercial property.
InnovationEvidence of delivering on innovative concepts, including placemaking, to support commercial aims and customer needs.
Commercial Property KnowledgeExcellent understanding and ability to interpret a variety of legal documents related to commercial property.
Hybrid WorkingAbility to work in a hybrid environment.
